to join the team here in our Lincoln office.
This is a brand-new role and is integral to our growth plans moving forward. You will report to our Managing Director and have his support and guidance but be given the autonomy to thrive and grow.
Are you experienced in outbound sales and exceeding sales targets? Ideally, you will come from a B2B sales background or may have worked in recruitment. Are you bubbly and self-motivated? Love picking up the phone to chase down that next sale? Then we're looking for you!
As Sales Executive, you will work with warm leads and connect with businesses, playing a pivotal role in our growth.
About us: Modern office based in North Hykeham - you will be office based here. Family owned and operated company. Looking to hire asap - Immediate start available.
The role: Calling potential customers to help generate new business. Objection handling. Appointment booking. Calendar management and filling slots for our consultants. Maintaining excellent levels of customer service. Meeting agreed targets.
About you: Experience in sales, selling over the phone. Bubbly and confident personality. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Commercial awareness. Excellent time management skills.
What you'll get: Flexible working hours - 2 - 5 days per week. All the tech you need to succeed. Full guidance from our whole team. Up to £15 per hour.
