Major Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our laser fabrication business in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, using CRM systems, and maintaining and growing client accounts and relationships within the industry. While knowledge of the fabrication/metal/laser business is advantageous, it is not essential if the candidate possesses strong sales capabilities. Salary + Working Hours: 30,000 - 35,000+ per annum (negotiable depending on skill set and experience) + Commission Structure (DOE) Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Use CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development. Maintain and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly. Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Experience in selling fabrication, metal, or laser business is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
