The Sales Executive at Leading Edge Aviation is responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. You’ll be a key part of our growth strategy and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success. ROLE DUTIES Lead Generation

Identify and qualify new leads through various channels including CRM, social media interaction, and trade shows capturing relevant information in line with GDPR. Attend key flyer shows, open days, and events throughout the year to generate interest in Leading Edge Aviation as one of the leading pilot training organisations in Europe. Make outbound calls to hot leads, building rapport and presenting our courses in a compelling and persuasive manner without hard sell. Attend Open Days and Trade Shows such as Pilot Careers Live, representing the company at industry events, networking with future pilots and their families, generating leads. Work with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure each potential customer is given a first-class, seamless experience, ensuring the customer feels valued. Assess all leads, managing them through the sales process with follow-up calls, messaging and emails, and academy tours. Maintain accurate records and sensitive handling of documentation of potential students throughout the sales process in line with GDPR. Work alongside the sales team, adhering to the team’s contact strategy and maintain relationships with aspiring pilots and their families. Marketing

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximise the identification and conversion of sales opportunities. CORE COMPETENCIES Proven experience in building relationships on the phone, online, and in person. Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations e.g. busy open days and trade shows. Proven ability in a target-driven sales environment, selling high-end products and services. Exceptional organisation skills. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Pride in your appearance.
