£Salary Depending on Experience, Company Car, Phone and Laptop, Open ended commission structure Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm Our client is a leading Packaging Distributor, supplying a full range of packaging consumables including corrugated packaging, stretch film and Industrial Packaging.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team. The role will be to promote and sell industrial packaging materials and services. It will involve approaching potential customers to make sales whilst maintaining excellent relationships with all B to B clients. Endeavouring to reach sales targets and delivering sales reports to management.

Responsibilities: Accountable for achieving the annual sales growth and profit targets Analyse and forecast sales growth while identifying market opportunities Manage orders and pricing for both existing and new customers Responsible for securing new business through call lists, social media, and self-sourced leads Proficiency in cold calling is essential although they secure appointments internally as well Capable of generating leads for both new and existing business opportunities Manage current accounts while introducing new products Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong telesales skills Address ongoing industry challenges, analyse competitor activities, and identify reasons for any lost accounts Obtain pricing for both existing and new customers Build and maintain strong, efficient relationships with all customer accounts Handle sales orders and purchase orders as needed Oversee and agree specific customer stock levels

Requirements: Previous sales experience in the packaging industry Outgoing personality and interpersonal skills Persuasiveness, likeability and confidence Customer Service Maintaining relationships Listening, resilience, organisation and reliability
