OTE £45,000 Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Used Car Sales Advisors for our Kia and Hyundai dealerships in Penarth Rd, Cardiff. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles but will also promote Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection.
Job Specification: As a Sales Advisor, you will support our customers throughout their buying journey – from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new car. You will complete our comprehensive training and development programme, learning how to meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads, and fully qualify customer needs before learning how to professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulation. Person Specification: Existing and potential customers are at the heart of everything we do; therefore, you will be a customer-focused person who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Naturally organised and able to process detailed information, you will keep your product knowledge up to date and relevant and be motivated to achieve in a results-focused environment. Previous sales experience is non-essential; however, you will possess a positive attitude and be dedicated to achieving full sales executive status and making a success of your career in sales. You will have an outstanding work ethic, take ownership of your work, and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential while driving sales. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals. Key Information: Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6pm, 30 mins lunch, Sat 8:30am - 5pm. Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week.
