Working Hours * Hours: 38 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Description As a Sales Executive, you will focus on growing departmental revenue by proactively winning new customers and responding promptly to sales leads. You will collaborate closely with the team to meet income and profitability objectives while supporting the company's strategic growth goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating sales opportunities and following up on quotations promptly Achieving revenue and profit targets by securing new business Maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system in compliance with GDPR requirements Monitoring the order book to ensure alignment with revenue targets Reporting KPIs and contributing to monthly performance reviews

Skills & Experience The ideal Sales Executive will possess:

Demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably within the calibration industry Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong attention to detail The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English
