Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in telemarketing and software sales. Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will be considered an asset. Looking for an enthusiastic sales executive with the drive to exceed targets and add value to a successful team. Duties Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through telemarketing and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients. Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and network with potential clients. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telemarketing or software sales. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
