As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your ability to build strong client relationships and identify market opportunities will be key to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Cold Outreach:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects to generate new leads for ViDesigns’ services and products. Manage email domains and tools used for cold outreach. Systems & SOPs:
Create, maintain, and optimize sales systems and standard operating procedures to ensure a streamlined sales process. Lead Management:
Obtain and manage lead lists, warming them up through targeted outreach strategies. Introductory Calls:
Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions from our service offerings and products. Offer Preparation:
Work closely with our design and development teams to arrange estimations and prepare compelling offers. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement. Upselling:
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell ViDesigns’ services and products to existing customers, driving additional revenue. What We Offer:
Base salary of
£20,000 gross per annum A 5%-10%

1+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the tech, ed-tech, or finance industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluent in English with the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from lead to close. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets. About Us:
