Join a proactive team of brokers in the Commercial Renewals department. Handle all aspects of commercial renewals, engaging with insurers and clients before and after renewals. Achieve and exceed targets for converting renewal business. Prepare market presentations and renewal reports. Conduct checks on covers, warranties, and endorsements to ensure accuracy. Manage mid-term adjustments effectively. Handle incoming and outbound calls professionally. Communicate and collaborate with clients and insurance companies. Cross-sell additional products as appropriate. Essential Skills:
