Based full-time from our Heathrow Airport office (SL3), you'll work in the fast-paced world of recruitment, connecting top talent with leading employers in the aviation industry.

This role will require some moderate travel; therefore, a driving licence is essential.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your sales and business development expertise to: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial aviation sector, delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively generate new business leads through networking, social media, and market research. Match high-calibre candidates to the right roles, ensuring the perfect fit for both clients and candidates (full training provided). Drive team performance by mentoring and supporting junior recruiters. Attend recruitment open days and client meetings, with minor travel to UK airports.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, results-driven professionals with: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A desire to excel in a fast-paced, competitive industry. A full, clean UK manual driving license (minimum 12 months' experience).
