34 Hours per week (No weekend work involved) An established manufacturing company in Staffordshire is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. With a portfolio of 150 existing clients, the company generates a significant portion of its business from top accounts. We are looking for a motivated sales professional with prior experience to manage and develop the remaining accounts, driving growth and expanding business opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs and satisfaction levels, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. Sales & Business Growth

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals. Execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and client retention. Market & Performance Analysis

Monitor purchasing trends and analyse client data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Understand why clients may not be purchasing trending products and develop strategies to address gaps. Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. Reporting & Strategy

Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and account activities. Present regular updates and insights to senior management, contributing to business development strategies. Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, spot trends, and make informed recommendations. Confidence in upselling, cross-selling, and presenting new products to clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach. Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Desirable Attributes: Experience working within a manufacturing or product-driven environment. Knowledge of current industry trends and how they impact client purchasing decisions. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets. CRM systems experience.
