Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales process. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to customers. Initiate and manage sales inquiries, following up on leads and converting them into sales opportunities. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A passion for the automotive industry and luxury vehicles. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. A valid driver's license.
