Join our team—apply today! Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively. Understanding of international road freight processes, customs regulations, and transportation systems is a plus. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse client portfolio. Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools. Previous experience within an account manager or sales role. Background with freight forwarding, particularly in groupage road freight desired. Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good written and telephone manner. Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Effective team worker - motivated and willing to learn new skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct online client meetings and telephone calls to understand their logistics needs, present tailored road transport solutions, and close deals. Proactively develop a pipeline of new clients in targeted regions for cross-border freight services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their point of contact for international road transport inquiries. Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Stay informed about the international road transport market, including regulatory updates, competitor activity, and emerging trends in key regions. Use insights to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client details, and revenue progress in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations. We can offer you:
