growing company. Key Responsibilities: Establishing strong connections with prospective clients through telephone sales. Maintaining and updating the customer database. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. Advising customers on products or packages to suit their needs, supporting them with finances and accounting. Issuing sales packs and agreements to customers. Liaising with internal teams for a smooth handover of customer details. Providing administrative support as required in line with the role. Experience Ideally Required for This Role: 1+ years of outbound customer service or sales call experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in IT systems. Confidence in starting conversations and building relationships with new people. Determination to excel and succeed. Hardworking, driven, and self-motivated.
