We are seeking Sales Introducers based in Birmingham. About Our Client: Our client is a leading, national property developer dedicated to designing, delivering, and managing high-quality homes across the UK. Based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, their team is passionate about innovation, design, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking to speak to dynamic and motivated individuals to join their operations team as sales liaison and customer service officer. Position Overview: Third-party sales Introducers play a crucial role in driving sales for the business. We require a solution-focused individual that can liaise closely between these third-party companies and the in-house team, developing relationships and resolving any mutual client-related issues if they arise. The role also involves providing ongoing support throughout the sales process and aftercare follow-up. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong sales background and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for introducers and clients who are experiencing any challenges throughout the sale process to post-sale support. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with in-house consultants and third parties, updating all parties. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding the status of their purchase, construction updates, and any other relevant details. Post completion follow-up and aftercare. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry. Problem-solving expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with the Birmingham property market and knowledge of residential developments is an advantage. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. What's On Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure.
