Sales Manager – Direct-to-Consumer Home Furnishings

£40-50k + OTE


We are working closely with a leading retail / home furnishings brand committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to customers in-home. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a proactive, results-driven Head of Sales to lead a team of sales individuals. You will be an experienced sales manager who has demonstrable experience motivating and driving teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.


As a Head of Sales you will drive a team of field sales, lead handling, and showroom managers to the next level of success. This is a pivotal role for a driven, ambitious sales leader who can inspire and motivate, fostering a winning culture across the sales force and unlocking their growth potential.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of field sales representatives, lead handlers, and showroom managers
  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that delivers consistent revenue growth
  • Instill a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance excellence across your team
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovative sales techniques and lead conversion strategies
  • Work closely with senior leadership including Head of Marketing to align sales goals with the company’s ambitious growth plans.


About You:


  • You are will be a target driven sales leader with a proven track record of success in sales management
  • You should excel in managing large, diverse teams, and know how to get the best out of people
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to inspire and lead from the front
  • You should be data-driven, with a sharp eye for identifying opportunities and optimising sales processes
  • You will be passionate about home furnishings and understand the nuances of selling direct to consumers.
