Sales Manager - Chigwell
Salary - £28,000 + (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office
Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am 5pm – one Saturday off a month

This is a unique chance to work in a setting where exceptional customer service is not just appreciated but essential. The current team has set a high standard, earning the admiration and trust of the clients, and our client is now seeking a Sales Manager to step in and contribute to this legacy of excellence.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, with fluent English, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate must:
Have a stable career history within estate agency.
Be confident valuers/listers, with a strong instruction ratio.
Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Be well presented and excellent communicators.
Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills.
Have a strong work ethic.
Have a competitive desire to succeed.
Daily Tasks:
Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc. are up to date and show the property at its best.
Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors.
Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc.
Oversee smooth running of the branch.
