Customer Relationship Manager (Sales Manager)

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure occupancy and average weekly fee rates meet budget expectations. Additionally, you will lead local networking activities, forging strong relationships with referral sources. As the welcoming face of the Hallmark brand, you will interact with potential residents and their loved ones, driving occupancy and achieving targets and key performance indicators. With a successful track record in sales, specifically in a Business to Customer (B2C) consultative approach, preferably in a high-value product or service industry, you will quickly become a valuable asset to our team.
