Are you a high-energy sales leader with a passion for technology? 5V Tech is partnering with a global leader in innovative semiconductor solutions, powering the connected world, to search for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join their EMEA team. This company is known for its cutting-edge technology and its commitment to shaping the future of electronics.
You will:
Drive revenue growth across a diverse product portfolio. Manage and support Direct & Channel partners. Lead a team of Field Application Engineers. Cultivate strong client relationships and develop value propositions. Spearhead strategic business development initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar + 4 years design experience. 5+ years Semiconductor Sales experience with a strong network in the DACH region. Strong understanding of Electronic Systems and consultative sales techniques. Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage projects, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A driver's license and the ability to travel internationally. Fluency in German.
Bonus qualifications:
FAE experience with a Power background. Deep knowledge in Power Management, Motor Control, SiC Power Transistors, or Renewables. Familiarity with telecommunication technologies would set you apart. Previous experiences either working or studying engineering would also be a great bonus.
