What you will be doing Managing all enquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Meeting set occupancy and revenue targets. Advancing enquiries through the sales process and conducting show rounds. Exceeding customer expectations and delivering a first-class customer experience. Business development and networking. Local marketing, including organising and managing events at the care home. Building awareness of the care home and establishing links and partnerships in the local community. Administrative duties, such as move in and contract paperwork. What you will need: A flexible approach to the needs of our customers and an understanding of the issues that older people face. A full UK driving licence. A positive attitude. Ability to meet targets and KPIs and deliver results.
