The Role Working as part of the site Senior Leadership team you will lead and manage our external sales and design functions to drive business growth, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the overall site strategy. Key Responsibilities : New Business Development : Expand market presence with high-margin opportunities. Customer Retention : Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Forecasting : Set performance goals with margin targets. Sales Team Management : Lead a sales team to achieve targets and improve margins. Design Collaboration : Enhance margins with cost-effective designs. Market Analysis : Focus on higher-margin opportunities. Sales Strategy : Implement strategies emphasising margin control. Value Selling : Improve customer profitability. Negotiation : Close deals with favourable terms. Leadership : Contribute to strategic planning with a focus on margins Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have: Good knowledge of the
