Job Description With an exciting pipeline of pharmaceutical launches approaching, we’re expanding our team. If you’re an experienced sales manager, ready to lead and coach a high performing team to reach new heights, apply for our role today! As the Regional Sales Manager for a newly formed region, you will be responsible for delivering overall regional sales targets through robust execution of business strategy, including developing and leading a high performing team in the South East of England. You will develop and implement sales strategies to deliver growth of an existing product portfolio and accelerate the launch of new products. You will build and maintain key customer relationships and work with your team to deliver customer satisfaction and develop valued competitor differentiation. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies, aligned with overall business strategy, to exceed targets and grow market share in key focus areas in the South East region Recruit, train, coach and manage a team of sales representatives. Set performance objectives and provide coaching to enhance team performance Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights on performance and market conditions Work closely with marketing, technical, commercial operations and other departments to align efforts and maximise sales effectiveness Experience/Skills:

Significant experience managing and coaching sales representatives Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering market share growth Proven track record of achieving sales target with new launches Strong people and leadership skills Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform business decisions Ability to forecast and communicate effectively with senior management Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Closing date for applications: 31st January 2025
