We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join the team with a primary focus on the generation of new corporate and MICE business for Beaverbrook Estate and Beaverbrook Town House. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing our corporate and MICE sales strategy through business development, attending trade shows, agency office visits, and leveraging your contacts to win new clients and accounts for our properties. You will work closely with our Reservations, Events, and Marketing teams, as well as with third-party partners and key brand collaborators, to ensure seamless delivery of our sales objectives. This role can be carried out remotely, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at Beaverbrook. However, if you are local, we would prefer you to spend more days in the office. We are looking for someone who is proactive in the field, eager to network, present, and secure valuable leads. What you’ll be doing: Implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrook’s business goals and drives revenue growth. Identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders. Taking a proactive approach to generating new leads through fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach. Your network will be a key asset in driving growth. Who you are: Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector. A strong network of industry contacts that you can leverage to bring new business to Beaverbrook. A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
