The Role Are you a tenacious and driven Sales Manager who can build strong relationships with new and existing customers? Are you a team player who wants an opportunity to grow with the business, whilst mentoring, inspiring, and developing the existing internal sales team and shaping a high-performing sales unit? The Sales Manager / Director Designate will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by working with the board to lead all sales for the business. This person will build trusted relationships with new and existing customers to secure initial and ongoing sales whilst also providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager / Director Designate will report directly to the board and will work closely with all members of the team to ensure each stage of the customer journey runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is a blend of Business Development, Key Account Management, and Sales Management, providing a nice and rounded blend of all the key aspects of a sales role. The individual is expected to represent and enhance the brand at all times. The role requires someone who will take the initiative and provide insights and ideas to contribute to business growth and the successful marketing and sales of products. Ideal Background Previous and demonstrable successful experience in a Sales Management role within a relevant sector/environment.
