What you’ll do: This is a commercially focused role and part of the eCom Sales Team. You will be the link between the local/regional sales organisations and the Global eCom & eCare team and drive all revenue delivering activities in EMEA & APAC; forecasting, promotions & offers, and product launch planning. You'll also have ownership of global KPI’s – setting, reporting & analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive eCom commercial activities in EMEA & APAC and deliver vs. annual budgets Build financial and availability forecasts for EMEA & APAC Central contact for global eCom KPI ownership, reporting & analysis – inform wider teams on findings and appropriate action Co-ordinate closely with sales team contributing to local, regional and global planning and execution Inform media team of activities & performance to help shape digital campaign priorities and improve ROI Align plans with the eCom & eCare team to ensure execution whilst considering overall team priorities Work closely with Head of eCom Sales and Sales Manager, eCom AMER to form a consistent global plan and identify efficiencies Competitor analysis and understanding Assist B2B sales team with conversion of inbound leads & opportunities Manage a small number of key B2B accounts Who we’re looking for: You have a commercial mindset, are analytical & accurate, diplomatic & able to effectively prioritise, articulate, and a good presenter. You probably have the following experiences & skills: 3-4 years+ in a previous commercial eCommerce role Have managed online D2C business for a brand or retailer and/or had another relevant eCommerce sales/account management role Knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC retail landscape Forecasting, promotional & business planning & execution Familiar engaging across multiple departments and stakeholders at various levels of an organisation Our pledge: We strive to foster an inclusive workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or marital status.
