Sales Manager

to lead our business-to-business commercial efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. In this key role, you will ensure that project leads and opportunities are followed up effectively, and that tenders are submitted on time. You will manage a team of Sales Executives, driving sales growth across all SeAH Wind products, including Offshore Wind Fixed and Floating Foundations, as well as other energy and infrastructure solutions. As the

Sales Manager , you will oversee negotiations with clients, coordinating the necessary internal resources to secure successful contract closures within the required timeframes. You will manage the bid and tender process, ensuring that all documentation is submitted accurately and on schedule. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze customer requirements and ensure that technical, commercial, budgetary, and contractual proposals are aligned with customer expectations and project quality standards. In addition, you will develop a deep understanding of sector-specific trends, including competitor activities and customer needs within the wind energy industry. You will manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales department, preparing regular reports on sales cycle progress for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Representing the company at key industry networking events will also be part of your role. You will lead communications with customers, helping them navigate manufacturing needs and providing solutions for technical, logistical, and commercial challenges. A critical aspect of this position is ensuring that all tender negotiations remain within established pricing policies and that all quotations are submitted promptly. You will provide leadership and guidance to Sales Executives, ensuring that company procedures and policies are adhered to and kept up-to-date. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as business or commerce. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in sales, particularly within the heavy engineering or offshore sectors. Familiarity with FIDIC or high-value NEC contracts is preferred, as is a strong understanding of tender and procurement processes. You should have a track record of managing and delivering large-scale industrial tenders and contracts, including experience in securing complex contracts valued over £50m. Expertise in negotiating contract terms and conditions within complex business environments will be highly beneficial.
