Skills and experience:
5+ years proven sales experience
Including minimum 2 year management and/or marketing experience required
Excellent communication skills with a professional manner
Great time management and attention to detail
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Self-starter with a flexible approach & enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
A “customer first” approach, where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude
A Full current Driver's License without conditions is required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing and overseeing sales strategies and targets in order to achieve company KPI’s
Developing and implementing marketing activities to help achieve company KPI’s and foster customer retention
Leading the Sales and Finance teams to achieve company KPI’s
Overseeing stock management and vehicle buying
Overseeing sales and compliance training for staff and Management
Salary $80,000 - $100,000 (experience dependent)
Bonus's paid for reaching company KPI’s
