Sales Manager – Healthcare

Sales Manager - Healthcare Based in Apex, Colchester however the role will involve regular travel to our homes/branches Full Time, Monday to Friday Up to £50k per annum Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our team. You will lead the company's sales strategy and execution to maximise occupancy across our care homes and support private enquiry conversion in the homecare and Live-in businesses. About the Role: Manage the Apex based Enquiries team. Support and train care home managers. Collaborate with senior operators to maximise conversion of the sales pipeline. Ensure continuous development and improvement of CRM tracking tools and processes for accurate reporting of enquiry performance, conversions and outcomes. About you: You will have proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the care sector or a closely related industry; a demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and a strong knowledge of CRM systems and their application to sales and enquiry tracking processes. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel to our different homes, so access to your own transport is essential and there may also be a requirement for staying away from home.
