We require a proactive, problem-solving sales hunter to maximize sales, revenue, and profitability of Tradebe Healthcare's customer base. Using your excellent organisational and relationship management skills you'll ensure a class-beating customer experience while seeking out opportunities for delivering added value for our clients and profitable growth for Tradebe Healthcare and the wider Group.

To develop and manage sales leads and pipeline to increase revenue and profit for our facilities.

Proactively engage with non-NHS organisations to increase waste volumes into the region's disposal facilities.

Build effective relationships with new business contacts within the Healthcare sector, with a view to developing long term customer relationships to grow individual account portfolios.

To maintain and develop an effective working relationship with operations to ensure customer service is delivered post sale in line with the customer and contract requirements.

To work with the customers to check pre-acceptance reports, including the completion of customer pre-acceptance audits as and when required in line with sales process.

Identify opportunities to upsell training, e-learning and other Tradebe services to existing clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell other services not provided in house by Tradebe.

Do you have what it takes?

Sales experience in the Healthcare Industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven Account Management skills

Sales / Retention experience

Experience of Waste Management is desirable, particularly Clinical, Hazardous Waste. This can include General Waste & Recycling knowledge and experience.
