Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase.

At least 5 years of experience in volume used car sales (must have) A proven track record of closing deals Excellent customer service skills Strong mentorship and coaching abilities Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain) A full UK driving licence A professional appearance What we offer:
