OC18490 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager for our clients' used car dealer site in the Hinckley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Sales Manager looking to progress and work for an excellent company. Sales Manager Role:
Working closely with the senior management team; you will manage the Sales Executive team to achieve strong sales performance on a monthly basis. Drive sales in the department through processes and training the team to work in a professional manner. Ensure the team offers strong customer service, working with them to maximize sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer. Control the new car stock to ensure you have the right vehicles for your market area. Ensure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines. Sales Manager Role Requirements:
It is essential you have experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade. Good understanding of both new vehicle sales. Ideally experienced running a large sales team, highly successfully.
