£55k + Bonus + Co Car or Car Allowance + Company Benefits The Company: My client is a global brand across a broad range of products predominantly in the outdoor recreational sector. They are now seeking a Sales Manager to join them in their hospitality business dedicated to their UK and Ireland market. The Role: As the Sales Manager Hospitality, you will: Develop and execute business opportunities predominantly in the UK hospitality industry. Sell a premium brand's range of consumer goods into the hospitality sector. Nurture and develop key accounts during project-based installations. Identify marketing strategies and hunt out new business opportunities. Lead by example to ensure we provide the highest service levels across all our accounts while working with our sales teams across EMEA. The Successful Candidate: The successful candidate will have: Established and credible commercial sales experience. Sector experience within hospitality or healthcare. Experience selling B2B consumer goods into hospitality or healthcare. Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with key accounts. Excellent communication skills, able to present professionally across a range of audiences both orally and in writing. A positive and committed working demeanor to add value and motivate and lead a team. Natural problem-solving abilities with the capacity to anticipate and highlight issues. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
