Industrial Recruitment Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our company as an Industrial Recruitment Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industrial recruitment market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure individual and team success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted lead generation. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential new opportunities for business growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management. Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the industrial recruitment or staffing industry. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industrial recruitment market, including the key players, trends, and challenges. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets. Solid negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with the confidence to represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
