Market knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Build a culture of high performance, inclusion and teamwork Proven track record: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 7+ years in a sales leadership role managing a team focused on mid-market accounts. Strong leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Coaching expertise: Excellent coaching skills with a passion for developing talent and driving individual growth. Sales acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to individuals and groups. Results-driven: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with CRM: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities and track performance.
