About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by coaching your team to success in both closing inbound leads and expanding revenue within existing customer accounts. You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead a world class team of Account Executives focused on mid-market SaaS sales, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment. Drive revenue: Achieve team sales targets by effectively managing inbound leads and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing It customer base. Demonstrate deep understanding of key performance drivers, KPIs and business Coach and develop: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Account Executives, focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and account strategy. Performance management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize results. Sales strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with overall company goals. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive growth. Market knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Build a culture of high performance, inclusion and teamwork Proven track record: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 7+ years in a sales leadership role managing a team focused on mid-market accounts. Strong leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Coaching expertise: Excellent coaching skills with a passion for developing talent and driving individual growth. Sales acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to individuals and groups. Results-driven: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with CRM: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities and track performance. Bonus Points: Experience with Intuit Mailchimp or other marketing automation platforms Knowledge of the mid-market landscape
