Main Responsibilities:
With frequent visits to their Bristol HQ, you will manage a small team of 5 sales people. Your team will be targeting small, medium, and larger businesses dealing with site managers, facility management, procurement, and/or directors. Responsible for team revenue and profitability. You will look after recruitment and training for the team and also be responsible for the strategic direction of the sales team. Involved in larger clients directly. Competitive tendering and maximizing reactive opportunities. Following up on leads generated elsewhere within the company. Working as part of a fast-growing team.
The Individual:
You must have experience managing an external sales team (ideally within the waste management or related industries). You must be located in the South West and have the ability to get into their Bristol office. You must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing new business teams. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Hold a current and valid driving license.
