About the Role

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving results, building teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Hill is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to take overall responsibility for sales performance in your team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our developments achieve sales, profit, and quality targets while supporting the company’s mission to create sustainable communities. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Delivery: Lead the sales function across multiple developments to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement bespoke sales and marketing strategies to maximise reservations, forward sales, and completions. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market insights. Ensure compliance with AML, Consumer Code, and company policies. Operational Excellence: Approve and monitor sales team rotas and ensure adequate cover across sites. Oversee the sales budget, ensuring expenditure is controlled and value is maximised. Regularly review pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and revenue optimisation. Customer Experience: Lead and train the sales team to deliver a superior customer journey, ensuring professionalism and compliance. Maintain high standards for site presentation, including show homes and sales suites. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide up-to-date sales literature and impactful promotional events. People Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated sales team through training, appraisals, and regular feedback. Conduct quarterly and weekly meetings to align on performance and address any challenges. Ensure sales executives and estate agents are aligned with company values and customer expectations. Commercial Development: Manage the commercial portfolio, including leasing and selling commercial spaces. Provide advice on scheme concepts and designs to maximize value. Skills & Experience Required

A relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing. Proven ability to deliver strategic plans to drive sales growth. Strong knowledge of sales procedures, relevant legislation, and the customer journey. Demonstrated success in building and managing effective teams. Experience managing budgets and optimising pricing strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Why Join Hill?
