Up to £45k + bonus Seeking an accomplished business developer from the Recruitment, Education, Apprenticeship or Employability sectors. You will expand our client portfolio and brand while identifying opportunities for new business growth and diversification. A typical week: Identify, engage & win new clients Expand company presence, brand & reach Engage with sector events, forums & networks Work closely with Consultants to deliver success You'll need the following: 2 years B2B experience in Recruitment, Education or Training Confident with LinkedIn & cold call engagement Proactive & consultative sales approach Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) You will receive a holistic induction and training to support your transition into the company and sector.
