Sales Manager - Air Freight Charters (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role: Our Client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the charge in maximizing cargo capacity sales and achieving key performance metrics. This role is your chance to combine strategic planning, relationship-building, and hands-on execution to drive growth in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize capacity utilization. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure performance aligns with company goals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery. Build and nurture lasting partnerships in the air cargo industry, strategize and deliver innovative freight solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Oversee administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Represent a brand known for excellence and reliability.

What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience, preferably in air freight or logistics in an international environment, good knowledge of the aviation industry. Strong understanding of cargo capacity management and sales strategies. Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closure. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals. Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to adapt to different time zones. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
