Job Overview: We seek a passionate and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts across different business units and drive new business across Europe. This role will work alongside our marketing manager and senior staff. A good understanding of the advertising and marketing world is essential to effectively position the agency's offer to prospective clients.
Responsibilities: Engage with marketing directors, attend networking events, manage a sales pipeline, and build key relationships. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the agency, focusing on media planning and buying. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers within the agency. Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation. Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. About the Candidate: A willingness to get involved from day one and work towards key sales KPIs; a driven and energetic individual with a can-do attitude. A good understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape and practices, especially in digital media. A proven track record of securing new business with multinational companies. The ability to develop and implement strategic solutions, managing multiple projects and clients with ease. Proven success in solution-based sales and contract negotiation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels, including with senior decision-makers.
