Personal Profile
3+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally in branded food or the hotel market.
Proven track record in account management, new business development, and driving growth.
Strong leadership skills, with a knack for motivating teams and taking ownership of the brand.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and a strategic focus.
A problem-solver with good judgment and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to produce accurate financial forecasts and sales projections.
Eligible to work in the UK with a full, clean driving license.
