Sales Manager This is a standalone role with a clear purpose: to drive new business and expand local opportunities. You'll focus on networking, prospecting, and fostering relationships to promote cutting-edge security solutions, tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the local area to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company’s footprint. Understand client needs to tailor bespoke security solutions, ensuring a personalised and professional approach. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the security sector. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations. Ensure all sales processes adhere to relevant legal and industry standards, including data protection requirements. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes to support business objectives.

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within the security or military sectors (although other backgrounds will be considered). Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a standalone role. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
