Sales Manager

to lead the sales team and drive the brand’s growth across the UK, Ireland, and international markets. This is a critical leadership role that involves working closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key accounts, and manage a talented sales team. As

Sales Manager , you will have overall responsibility for driving sales performance across multiple channels. You will oversee the UK field sales team, the Wholesale Accounts Executive, and manage relationships with international distributors and agents. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and optimising the sales team structure to align with the company’s growth ambitions. 20% on-target bonus Company vehicle or car allowance Mobile phone and laptop 22 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days with length of service Early finish on Fridays during the summer months Clothing allowance Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across all channels. Conduct regular business reviews with the sales team to monitor performance and provide guidance. Attend field accompaniments with team members to independent and key account customers. Provide regular reports on sales performance against targets and reforecast as necessary. Analyse sales data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. Review and optimise sales territories and stockist distribution. Represent the brand at trade and retail exhibitions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Review current international distributors and identify new opportunities for expansion. Key Requirements: Proven experience in key account management and leading a successful sales team. Experience in a multi-channel environment, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector. Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. A proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable with leading product presentations to key customers. Ability to analyse market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
