Are you ready to drive growth in wellhead systems and hydraulic process control equipment? Johnson Controls invites you to step into the role of Vertical Market Sales Manager within our Offshore & New Energy (O&NE) business.

As a Vertical Market Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both greenfield (new build) and brownfield (retrofit/upgrade) opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with EPCs, Owners, and Operators across Europe and beyond. By leveraging market intelligence and your in-depth knowledge of Hydraulic Systems, you will drive proactive interactions and foster long-term relationships to capture new business opportunities.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

Craft and sustain relationships with global customers in the Oil & Gas marketplace, focusing on technical sales of Hydraulic Power Units, Control Systems, Chemical Injection Systems.

Complete Sales Cycle Ownership:

Lead the sales drive, manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closure, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Market Expansion:

Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, leveraging enterprise tools and value selling concepts to drive targeted growth.

What We Look For:

Industry Expertise:

Knowledge of the Oil/Gas/Renewables market with technical understanding of relevant solutions.

Sales Experience:

Proven track record in field sales, business development, and relationship management, preferably within a large organization.

Tools Proficiency:

Experience with Salesforce.com CRM application and Microsoft Office Suite.

Autonomous & Team Player:

Ability to function independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Experience:

Client Relationships:

Established client base within the segment is ideal, along with experience in major Oil & Gas or New Energy sectors.

Presentation Skills:

Comfortable presenting technical and commercial information to board level.

Results-Driven:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
