Business Development Executives , creating a supportive and high-performing environment. Provide regular training, one-on-one coaching, and development opportunities to your team. Design and execute a sales strategy aimed at reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting relationships. Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting. Be a motivational leader who isn’t afraid to lead from the front. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams. A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
