Sales Job Description We are seeking a

Sales Manager

to work in our

Revenue Generation

function to lead and develop a London-based team of Account Executives. As a Sales Manager, you will be a key player in scaling our revenue to the next level. You will work with the Global Head of Sales and Marketing to influence the strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goal. Your role will also have meaningful and strategic collaboration cross-functionally with Marketing, Opportunity Creation and Customer Success. Our role allows you to: Manage and Coach a well-established and growing team, and assist them to reach their full potential. Lead by example by playing a hands-on role in demonstrating best practices and providing regular coaching and review. Strategically implement initiatives and ideas to maximise the efforts of the team, whilst having a significant contribution and visible impact on the company operations, including forecasting, recruitment, and activity reporting. Grow with the company towards IPO. Qualifications It is essential that you have experience/demonstrable skills in: Complex enterprise sales cycles and working in an autonomous and driven environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Managing a sales team with focus on performance management, coaching and developing high performing individuals. Ideally, scaled a team successfully previously. Deep understanding of industry-known sales frameworks, methodologies and processes. Passion for technology and software development.
