BRE is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals for the role of Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will combine company and product technical knowledge with sales skills to ensure client queries and requirements are fully understood so a high level of service can be provided at all times. This role requires travel throughout Scotland and potentially the UK. BRE Ltd has been trading for over 35 years and is the longest serving Premier Distributor in Scotland for Atlas Copco Industrial Air Products. Role Requirements: Overall responsibility for capital equipment sales Searching for new clients who could benefit from BRE’s products and services Excellent knowledge of BRE’s products and services Travelling to visit potential and existing clients Establish new, and maintain existing relationships with clients Managing and interpreting customer requirements Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs Negotiating tender and contract terms Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Offering after-sales support services Administering client accounts Analysing costs and sales Preparing reports for the Managing Director Securely recording and maintaining client contact data Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education Solving client problems Comply with BRE QHSE management system requirements at all times Participate in BRE QHSE awareness events and contribute to the improvement of the QHSE Management System Qualifications and Skills Excellent problem-solving ability Excellent knowledge of BRE products and services Experienced sales person with good understand of customer needs Excellent presentation skills Good working knowledge of MS Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work alone or as part of a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Clean and full driving licence What we can offer you: An opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career in the industry.
