Northern Ireland, ROI and UK . Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions. Possess proven experience in replying to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Be a proven manager who can lead and direct junior sales staff. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan to corporate and customers in Northern Ireland. Negotiate and close agreements with large private and public sector clients. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to existing go to market and customer propositions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's solutions. Direct a sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth. Have a proven ability to develop and monetise commercial partnerships. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Country Manager/ Sales Director. We are seeking someone with high level sales management skills that is still actively involved in sales. (Cleaning, Security or FM highly desired) Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Experience developing sales and marketing plans. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
