My client is a leading builders' merchants, renowned for their exceptional service and wide range of building supplies. They pride themselves on providing expert advice and high-quality products to their customers.

Rhodium Consulting are recruiting a Sales Manager for their new Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom within their current premises, showcasing stunning, innovative designs and solutions tailored to every customer's needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to take sole responsibility of the showroom. This role will offer an existing client base and excellent earning potential. If you are passionate about design, exceptional customer service, and sales, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the design process and offering expert advice to create their dream kitchens and bathrooms. Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with trade and retail customers, and staying ahead of market trends. Showroom Management:

Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, with up-to-date displays and a welcoming atmosphere. Supplier Relationships:

Liaise with suppliers to ensure a comprehensive range of high-quality products and negotiate competitive pricing. Budget Management:

Manage budgets, forecasts, and stock levels effectively to maximise profitability. Compliance and Safety:

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.

Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a similar showroom management role within the kitchen, bathroom, or interiors sector. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A keen eye for design and an understanding of current trends in kitchens and bathrooms. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
