About the position:

As a pivotal force in driving growth, you'll immerse yourself in the exhilarating world of smart energy solutions, helping illuminate a path toward a brighter, cleaner future.


As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the helm of revolutionizing solar energy adoption across the UK market. Your mission: transform opportunities into impactful outcomes by:


  • Attracting & Conquering: Identify and seize sales prospects in alignment with strategic objectives, fortifying our client’s market presence.
  • Building Relationships: Forge and nurture strong partnerships with solar distribution networks, strategic clients, and installers, both residential and small commercial.
  • Empowering Growth: Drive revenue growth through insightful sales forecasts, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and catalyzing corrective actions when needed.
  • Charting Excellence: Keep the customer database in shipshape condition, ensuring precise and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Shaping Innovation: Collaborate closely with product management to shape our product line-up for the residential and small commercial markets, by gathering insights, monitoring trends, and refining our offerings.
  • Radiate Influence: Contribute your brilliance to crafting marketing strategies and product positioning tailored to the territory, propelling their brand and message forward.
  • Unleash Your Energy: Represent their vision, values, and innovation prowess at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with local and international teams to set, meet, and exceed sales targets.


Requirements


  • Energized Experience: A proven track record of at least 3+ years in solar sales, coupled with a history of achieving market share growth.
  • Techno-Savvy: Delve into the intricacies of our SolarEdge product line, effortlessly conveying technical nuances to potential customers in digestible terms.
  • Deal Dynamo: Showcase your prowess in identifying, negotiating, and sealing the deal, with a knack for cultivating new relationships while nurturing existing ones.
  • Fast-Paced Pioneer: Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, and flourish amidst growth.
  • Client Champion: Your customer-first mindset fuels your exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Global Citizen: Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
