Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target New Markets: Research and analyse market trends to identify potential new business opportunities within the UK.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead Generation: Utilise various methods such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Sales Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, forecast future sales, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximise business development opportunities.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and secure new business.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering beneficial
- 5+ years' of sales experience
