The business you will be working for are a market-leader in filtration and are looking for a UK Sales Manager to drive the new business efforts in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Target New Markets: Research and analyse market trends to identify potential new business opportunities within the UK.
  2. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
  3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Lead Generation: Utilise various methods such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  5. Sales Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, forecast future sales, and report on key metrics to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximise business development opportunities.
  8. Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and secure new business.
  9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.


Qualifications:

  • Experience within manufacturing or engineering beneficial
  • 5+ years' of sales experience
